Madelyn's new haircut

Madelyn got her first official haircut last week. I think it turned out cute and the "Say Cheese" face is an added bonus!

  3. She looks so cute and yes, she does look grown up, especially since I haven't seen her for a while. She was especially cute when she came down over the weekend.

  4. She looks like a Yates' girl! When is the right time to get a big girl cut? I keep hoping one day Hadley could sit still, does it ever happen?

  7. Madelyn's hair cut is darling - she is getting so big. Oh, and I love the little playhouse Joe made for her out of her closet!!
What an awesome snow fort too. It reminds me of when I was a kid and used to play outside for hours. I'm sure we'll be doing that someday with our kids!!

  8. Pam, Madelyn sat on my lap and that worked pretty good. She was also a little nervous about the guy cutting her hair so she didn't move much!

  11. Madelyn's hair cut sure is adorable, but I am using this comment feature to get your address. We are sending out Christmas cards and Lauren insisted that Jenna get one. Isn't it funny how the kids remember certain people.

  12. I couldn't leave a comment on your most recent post, so I am doing it here?? You should share your hot chocolate recipe. Our neighbors brought us a big bag of homemade hot chocolate this year and I thought that might make a great inexpensive gift for the future. I would not be able to handle the cold. I don't go outside unless it is above 10 degrees, so you're a great mom for taking them to school. Not me!
